What kind of meditation do you teach?

The meditation process I teach is a blend of grounding, conscious breathing, pranic breathing, visualization, mindfulness, and a practice similar to 'sitting in the power'. These practices are combined to create clear, intentional access to higher states of consciousness and support intuitive development.

What if I'm not good at meditation?

Most of us feel that way, including me! Meditation is a practice, not a performance. Over time, patience and persistence help you find the approach that works best for you. Everyone starts somewhere, and growth happens through consistency and compassion.

How does your spiritual guidance process work?

I begin with meditation to reach a state of clarity and sensitivity. From there, I ask questions for the highest spiritual good — either for myself or, with permission, for someone else. I listen with all my intuitive senses and continue until the insight feels complete.

What are intuitive senses?

Intuitive senses are often referred to as psychic abilities or extrasensory perception. They are extensions of our physical senses, helping us perceive subtle energies, emotions, and insights that support spiritual growth and inner awareness. Everyone has access to them — they just need to be cultivated.

How can intuitive development help me in daily life?

Developing your intuitive awareness can lead to more clarity, inner peace, creative insight, emotional healing, and personal growth. It can positively impact your relationships, work, health, and overall sense of purpose. Intuition offers fresh perspectives when old ways of thinking fall short.

Can I develop the same intuitive abilities?

Yes, absolutely. Everyone has unique intuitive gifts. Just like we all express creativity in different ways, our intuitive intelligence shows up uniquely for each of us. My goal is to support you in discovering your authentic path and trusting your own divine connection.

I misspoke in the moment when I said Cuba has long been a colony -- it HAD long been a colony until it won it's independence in the early 1900's, but due to the Platt Amendment some saw Cuba as still under the thumb of the US. The Castro revolution officially broke Cuba away from US influence, but the revolution then only brought about authoritarian rule which has still kept the Cuban people oppressed for decades.

This video discusses the value and importance of creative self-expression on our path to knowing ourselves and our loving truth more intimately.

Make some time to get into some creative play: craft a little, redecorate, take some photos – whatever your heart desires.

See if you can lose yourself in the process and be very present with what you are creating.
