Healing with Soul Force

This lesson is an introduction to energy healing and how we can tap into the healer in all of us!

You can use this healing practice for general healing and balance throughout the body. But next time you’re experiencing acute physical pain or discomfort, consider using this meditation to consciously supplement whatever else you’re doing to heal up.

Give yourself ample time and space to move through this process without distractions.

Intuitively feel into how long and how often each healing session lasts.

Reflect on, journal or share your experiences with the community if you feel called.

Experiment, explore, record your results and repeat as much as you feel called to on your healing journey.
