What Is Clairaudience?
Are you clairaudient?
I'm going to walk you through how clairaudience works in just a moment, but first, let's give a little overview on the topic.
Clairaudience translates as clear hearing. So, intuitively speaking, this is our ability to hear words, language, sounds, tones, and music with our inner ear. Clairaudience is connected to the throat chakra, so be sure you check out my other videos and meditations on the throat chakra, and this will make more sense!
Clairaudience may show up as intuitive information that comes through as an inner voice, an inspired melody or rhythm. To tap into your clairaudience take a big deep breath, deep breath…
Exhale.
Now count from one to ten in your head.
When you get to ten, count from eleven to twenty, but in the voice of your favorite cartoon character.
How'd that go? If you can do one or both of those, you are already on the path to tuning into your own clairaudient ability. The sound of that “inner voice” is how clairaudience shows up, and often with a loving, gentle tone or feeling associated with it.

What Is Clairvoyance?
Are you clairvoyant?
I'd like to walk you through how clairvoyance can show up in your experience in just a second, but first, let's just give you a general overview on the topic. The word clairvoyance translates as clear seeing. While folks often refer to clairvoyance as being “psychic” in general, clairvoyance is specifically referring to our ability to receive intuitive information with our mind’s eye.
Clairvoyance is connected to the third eye chakra. Get to studying Hinduism, Buddhism and the resources I’ve created through my direct experience working with chakras — that will definitely help guide you! Intuitive information may come through clairvoyantly as an image, a daydream, a symbol, a picture or even in colors.
So, what’s it like to have a clairvoyant experience? Try this short exercise:
Take a big deep energy clearing breath in through the nose.
Exhale and release all the breath down into the ground beneath your feet.
Do it a few times until you feel clear and relaxed.
Now using your imagination, see if you can create the image of a purple elephant in your mind’s eye.
When you can see that, try switching the image to a red heart.
How bout now a yellow elephant?
If you can easily recall these images in your mind, you are already on the path to understanding how simply and subtly clairvoyance can show up.
Thanks for stopping by!

What Are The Intuitive Senses?
Let's unpack the intuitive senses by first looking at the physical senses. For example, eyes are organs of the visual system and they give us the physical sense of sight. The skin is an organ and it gives us the sensation of touch. For the sake of analogy, let's think of the chakras as the organs of our energy body and they give rise to the intuitive senses — or our ability to have perceptions that extend beyond the five physical senses.
For example, while our eyes allow us to perceive the world around us, the third eye chakra is the field that gives rise to inner vision, creativity, and insight that we can see with our mind's inner eye. While the ears allow us to perceive sound waves around us, our throat chakra is the field that allows us to experience thoughts, language, and sound with our inner ear. Based on my current understanding, each chakra is connected to both an intuitive and a physical dimension of our experience.

How To Connect To Your Intuition?
Here are a few simple tips for connecting to your intuition immediately…
Tip one: spend quiet time in nature. Connecting to the natural world is a great way to relax, to ease stress, and to become more sensitive to both nature's way and to who you really are.
Tip number two: start meditating to strengthen your intuition. Meditation helps us soften ourselves, our hearts, and our minds, and the practice helps us learn how to just be. Even if it's for just two minutes a day, allow yourself to just be for a couple minutes a day and just see what comes into your awareness over time as you’re settling in to yourself.
Tip number three: be mindful of your internal experiences. Start to really deeply listen to yourself throughout the day. Notice the ebbs and flows of your own feelings and energy, or how you're responding to the energy and feelings of others. Don't analyze it too much. Just be aware and inside all of your feely feels.
Try these tips and just see how your awareness begins to shift after a few short weeks. If you really want to do the deep dive with your intuition, be sure to stay tuned to more posts and check out my YouTube where I’ve published tons of content to help guide you on your spiritual journey.

What Is Intuition?
Intuition is something that everyone has and everyone can develop in their own way. Webster's dictionary defines intuition as the power or faculty of attaining direct knowledge or cognition without evident rational thought and inference. This is just a really fancy way of saying intuition is our ability to just kind of know stuff for no apparent reason. A simple example might be the phone rings and you just know that it's your sibling calling before you even see the caller ID.
I see intuition like this: intuition is the life within and all around us communicating information to us in more subtle ways like through daydreams, thoughts, feelings, and knowings. This is essentially a perception of information that exists beyond the five senses, hence the term extrasensory perception. In my work I’ll be sharing tons of content related to what I've come to know and understand about the intuition through my own direct experience. So be sure to stay tuned, but if and only if your gut instincts are telling you to do so. I'll see you next time!
