What started as a simple exploration of meditation as a teenager led to a rich, intuitive journey I could have never imagined unfolding. Having worked professionally in fitness, in film, in politics and wellness, my path has taken me on a ride that dances between the mystical and the mundane, big ideas and tangible reality. The always present question? How do we integrate inspired vision into real life action that we can experience in the body? My intuitive practice has long been my quiet retreat that inspires the moves I make in my personal life, in creativity, in business and in my community.

I have written two books reflecting my ever evolving understanding of myself and the intuitive dimension of my experience. I offer intuitive guidance readings for folks navigating big transitions, seeking clarity, or who are simply ready to deepen their relationship with their own unique expression. I also offer business consulting for service oriented businesses through my work with alesce.
